THE INTEREST SERVICES CHARTER

The interest services charter is a tool which is used to ensure the realization of a “Quality participation” of the user, informing them transparently on the services dedicated to the event.

The development core of the Charter is the continuous improvement of the “Services” in a systematic and coordinated way.

The introduction of the Charter is an element to improve the user experience; its utilization has a positive impact on the final user who is asking for better standards.

In the forecast, through the Charter, the user earns a sort of certainty of the quality of the event, being able to know in anticipation all the information that could help them benefit from the services.

Consequently, The Charter is very important for the user, who becomes the core of the services permitting him to know the targets of the hosts and above all to check the actual execution of them.

In fact, the Charter becomes the place where the principles and the regulamentation mechanisms of the news about the event exist.

15th and 16th of April – CIRCO MASSIMO

THE FIREFIGHTERS’ ORCHESTRA, VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT, “SAFE HOUSE”, “THE HOUSE OF MISTAKES”, “POMPIEROPOLI”

Event at Circo Massimo with Civil Protection of CAPITAL ROME and National Firefighters Association.

FROM THE 18TH TO THE 21ST OF APRIL – THE FIRE BRIGADE STATIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Five stations open their doors to the public from 15:00 to 19:00: Centrale, Nomentano, Monte Mario, Eur, Prati.
